State duty calculator:
what you will actually pay
Every rate in the Law “On State Duty” is expressed in base calculation values, so a single figure drives the entire schedule. Pick what you are filing for and the calculator converts the rate into soum, applies the statutory discounts and shows the provision it comes from.
How to read the result
The calculator reproduces the annex to the Law “On State Duty” and the discounts the Law itself provides — 90 % for applying through the Single Portal of State Services, 50 % for small businesses litigating in the course of business, 50 % for close relatives in notarial transactions, and so on. It converts rates into soum at the base calculation value shown above.
It does not decide the questions a lawyer decides: what the claim value is, whether a claim is pecuniary, which of several rates a transaction falls under, or whether an exemption under articles 8–15 applies to you. For anything with money or a deadline attached, have the figure checked.
