Item 5. Registration of civil status acts, issue of duplicate civil status certificates, amendments, corrections and additions to civil status acts, restoration of civil status records, and change of surname, forename and patronymic
- Registration of a marriage20% of BCV — 88 000 soum
- Registration of a divorce
- By mutual consent of spouses who have no minor children1.5× BCV — 660 000 soum
- On a court decision, where both spouses are in their first marriagefrom 1.5 to 3 BCV
- On a court decision, where one spouse is in a second or subsequent marriagefrom 3 to 4 BCV
- Change of surname, forename or patronymic by an individual
