Duty for notarial acts — transactions, powers of attorney, succession, certified copies: 38 positions. Rates double outside the notary office; transactions with close relatives are discounted by half. The calculator applies the statutory adjustments for you.

Item 4. Notarial acts
- Certifying contracts transferring immovable property
- Where the immovable property is in Tashkent, Nukus or a regional centre1× BCV — 440 000 soum
- Where the immovable property is elsewhere50% of BCV — 220 000 soum
- Certifying contracts for the purchase of newly built immovable property in Tashkent city and Tashkent region by foreign nationals and stateless persons who have come to Tashkent city or region from other states and hold a residence permit in Uzbekistan, where the property is worth at least 3,300× BCV10% of the contract value
