We review every application individually — academic record, practical experience and the quality of your written work. Applications are kept on file and revisited whenever a matching role opens.
Interview
A conversation with our lawyers about your professional background, motivation and the areas of law you want to develop in.
Written assessment
Written tests in substantive law and logical reasoning. We are interested in how you think and build an argument, not in how precisely you recite provisions.
Final interview
A concluding meeting with the partners: the terms of the offer, your practice area and how you will fit into the team.
